Day 1: Tanger- Tetauan – Chefchaouen
We will Pick you up from the airport, ferry or in your hotel, and we drive through the Rif mountains and Tetouan city to enjoy the beautifulviews of the Rif mountains till we get to chefchaouene, one of the most visited spots in the North of Morocco; Chefchaouen is often described as the city of lights with its blue painted houses and traditional rhythm located in the feet of Rif mountains, it’s a Spanish-style square surrounded by many funky arts and crafts stores, roof-top cafes and restaurants, where you will spend you night in a nice place to enjoy the breeze and the beauty of the nature.
Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
After you breakfast, we will travel to Fes via Rif mountain, Volubilis and Meknes. In Volubilis you will visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis (a Unesco World Heritage Site), the most important Roman ruins in the kingdom of Morocco, later we will have a visit at Moulay Idriss, one of the holiest towns of morocco. We will continue to Meknes, the 17 th century heritage where we will stop for lunch and hang around the historical great walls of the medina , bab el Mansour, Sahet Lhdim Squar (a smaller version of Jemaa el-Fnaa square) and enjoy a visit of moulay Ismail’s shrine . After the visit of Meknes city we will drive directly to Fes city where you will spend the night.
Day 3: Fez “Guided Tour”
After breakfast you will start your guided tour of the old medina, one of the world’s largest walled city. You will explore the narrow streets lined with mounds of spices, fresh fruit intricately woven Berber carpets and many other art objects the country. you will visit the Quaraouine Mosque founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihria and the Andalussian Mosque dating back to 860. Then the Nejjarine fountain, Medersas (Qoranic schools) founded as early as the thirteenth century ,Batha Palace now a museum of arts and traditions, Tanneries, Souk Attarine, one of the liveliest in the city ,Bab Boujloud with its bleu and green ceramics ,Mellah and the 17th century Ibn Danan synagogue,the Kings Palace, in the afternoon you will visit the borj north or south to see the old medina from the top.
Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Fez / Midelt/ Erfoud / Merzouga
After a breakfast you will begin your ascent We pass through Ifrane city, a winter ski resort in a totally un European style built by the French in the 1930’s its called Switzerland of morocco; drive across the Middle Atlas Mountains. Most of the day will be spent winding your way through the amazing forests, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains, then we begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. Half way, you will stop for lunch in Midelt small city, famous for its fossils and rocks, we will continue through Ziz Valley, we will reach to Merzouga in the afternoon, Depending on your arrival to traditional Kasbah on the foot of the dunes of erg-chebbi. After rest a mint tea the guide and camels will be waiting to take you across the sandy dunes of the erg-chebbi, you will enjoy the beautiful sunset on camel, after two hours we will reach the desert camp to spend you night in a Berber tent. At your desert shelter, your camels are hobbled and mint tea is served. After a nicel dinner, watch the Stars & Overnight in the Berber Tent.
Day 5 : Merzouga / Rissani / Tinghir / Ouarzazate
After a breakfast, You’ll depart towards Ouarzazate, we will stop to visit the village of Rissani ,the first Capital of the Alaouite dynasty, then we continue traveling through the rugged Road of a Thousand Kasbahs that rise up like turreted sand castles along this early caravan trading route. This area has long been a popular location for Hollywood films such as Jewel of the Nile, The Last Temptation of Christ and most recently Hideous Kinky. The central region is one of the most romantic and exciting destinations of Morocco nestled along rich river valleys, palmeraies and burnished mud-brick homes ablaze in vibrant color under the shelter of the blue desert sky. We stop for lunch and walk in Todra gorges, We’ll continue through the Dades Valley past dramatic escarpments we reach Ouarzazate city in the afternoon, Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 :Ouarzazate / Kasbah ait ben haddou / Marrakech
After a breakfast we will visit the beautiful town of Ouarzazate, including the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios for movie studios, the largest and most famous of all Africa. From here we head to a Oasis, near Ouarzazate. we stop in Ait Ben Hadou we will arrive in time of lunch. Here we will visit the famous Kasbah, declared UNESCO World Heritage and which was the scene of films like, The Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia, we continue passing through the High Atlas and the Tizin Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2240 meter above sea level passing through small villages, small waterfalls, through the continuously changing landscape and colors of these amazing mountains. We reach Marrakech in the afternoon .Dinner and Overnight.
Day 7: Marrakech “a guided tour”
After breakfast, you will enjoy a full day tour to visit Marrakech. The visit will includes: the Menara gardens, a wonderful pool surrounded by flowers, Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Minaret, the museum of Dar Si Said with the best collection of Berber arts and crafts, and the Bahia Palace… You will take lunch in local restaurant, after that we walk through the Souks of Marrakech. The day will finished with a sunset drink overlooking the famous Jamaa El Fna square. Dinner and Overnight
Day 8: Marrakech “Depart Morocco”
After Breakfast Depend in the Depart Time, you will be transferred to The Airport.
